Drama Club Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The program is open to children aged 7 to 13 years.

Participants must be registered by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms and conditions on their behalf.

2. Program Fees

The registration fee for the Drama Club is $60 per participant. This fee includes all necessary materials, including a T-shirt.

Fees must be paid in full before the start of the program. Failure to pay the fee may result in the participant being unable to join the program.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

Participants are expected to attend each session promptly. Regular attendance is crucial to ensure a cohesive learning experience and to prepare adequately for the final performance.

Parents/guardians must notify Dundas Little Theatre in advance if a participant will be absent or late.

4. Health and Safety

Parents/guardians must provide accurate health information including allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, and any special needs or accommodations required for their child.

Dundas Little Theatre commits to maintaining a safe environment for all participants and will adhere to all applicable health and safety guidelines.

5. Media Consent

By enrolling a child in the Drama Club, parents/guardians give Dundas Little Theatre permission to use photographs and videos of the participant for promotional purposes. Opt-out of media consent must be submitted in writing before the program begins.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and cooperatively with both peers and instructors to foster a positive learning environment.

Dundas Little Theatre reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior consistently disrupts the program or endangers the safety or well-being of others. No refund will be provided in such cases.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

If a participant needs to withdraw from the program, parents/guardians must notify Dundas Little Theatre in writing.

Refunds will be provided as follows: Full refund if withdrawal occurs more than 30 days before the program start date, 50% refund if withdrawal occurs 15-30 days before the program start date. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals less than 15 days before the program start date.

8. Personal Property

Dundas Little Theatre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Participants are advised to bring only necessary items to the program.

9. Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency, Dundas Little Theatre will follow established emergency procedures and notify parents/guardians as appropriate. Parents/guardians must ensure all emergency contact information is up-to-date and accurate.

10. Agreement to Terms

By registering a participant for the Drama Club, parents/guardians agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
