Code of Conduct

Dundas Little Theatre is committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants, regardless of their race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, religion, or any other characteristic. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, prejudice, or bias within our community.

Examples of types of discrimination include, but are not limited to:

  1. Racism: Treating individuals differently or unfairly based on their race or ethnicity.
  2. Homophobia: Discrimination or prejudice against individuals who belong to or who are perceived to belong to the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
  3. Transphobia: Discrimination or prejudice against individuals who are transgender, non-binary, genderqueer, agender or who do not conform to traditional gender norms.
  4. Ageism: Discrimination against individuals based on their age, particularly targeting older or younger individuals.
  5. Ableism: Discrimination against individuals with disabilities, including physical, mental, or developmental disabilities.
  6. Sexism: Discrimination or prejudice based on an individual’s sex or gender, including stereotyping or unequal treatment.
  7. Religious Discrimination: Treating individuals differently or unfairly based on their religion or beliefs.
